Originally a typical split level tract home, this extensive remodel and addition refreshes the aesthetic and building performance. The design retained the foundation and the majority of structural framing, while updating mechanical systems, insulation, and the exterior.

The long, narrow plan wraps around a private, sunken court framing mountain views. An adjacent stair tower siphons cool air up into the home to help cool the building naturally during summer months.
