While the original outdated home was deconstructed, a new bridge between the guest bedroom and workshop to the main house allowed the existing garage to remain. A narrow outdoor path joins the car court to the covered dining patio as well as the open play area beyond.   Polished concrete floors and glass railings compliment wood ceilings, natural stone, and exposed timber for a warm, yet loft-like feel.
